APPLICATION

Fan designed for transporting non-aggressive and non-explosive gases without contamination. Typical applications:

  • kitchen hoods,
  • hoods in small catering outlets.

CONSTRUCTION

  • centrifugal fan with direct drive,
  • the impeller (models from 160 to 280) is welded from galvanizes steel sheet with forward curved blades (type F),
  • the impeller (models 315 and 355) is welded from aluminium sheet with backward curved blades,
  • impellers dynamically balanced,
  • the housing is made of galvanized sheet steel, acoustically insulated and thermally mat in fire resistance class A1, 50mm thick,
  • motor with impeller mounted on a tilting door, providing easy access to the interior of the fan and maintenance,
  • motor cover is made of galvanized sheet steel,
  • the fan has handles on which the fan can be placed,
  • drainage as standard,
  • vibro-isolators as standard,
  • the suction and discharge fan is equipped with connection stubs with rubber gaskets.
  • maximum temperature of the supplied medium120°C.

MOTOR

  • asynchronous single-phase 230V 50Hz (power to 1,1kW),
  • asynchronous, three-phase 230V/400V 50Hz (power to 2,2 kW),
  • degree of protection IP55,
  • insulation class F,
  • three-phase motors are adapted for frequency converter.
