Radialventilator
Die Lüfter der Baureihe MPB-HT sind für die Förderung der Luft mit einem hohen Verunreinigungsgrad und der Höchsttemperatur bis 250°C bestimmt. Sie können als Absauglüfter für Kesselabgase, zum Mischen der Luft in den Kammern verwendet werden.

APPLICATION
Fan designed for polluted air exhaust systems with a maximum temperature of 250oC.
CONSTRUCTION
- medium-pressure, centrifugal fan with direct drive,
- impeller welded from steel sheet with straight blades, protected by primer RAL 7035, dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO1940-1,
- hot dipped galvanized welded sheet steel housing,
- cooling wing between housing and motor,
- maximum medium temperature 250oC,
- ambient temperature range from -20oC to +40oC,
- standard RD90 positions in models 100 and 130,
- standard LG270 positions in models 200 and 300.
MOTOR
- asynchronous, three-phase, 230/400V 50Hz (power to 3kW),
- efficiency class IE3,
- degree of protection IP55,
- insulation class F,
- adapted for frequency converter.
SPECIAL EXECUTIONS
- different positions LG/RD,
- impeller, housing and support made of stainless steel 1.4301,
- impeller, housing and support made of acid-proof steel 1.4404,
- different motor voltage and frequency,
- different motor degree of protection,
- motor equipped with sensors or additional cooling,
- ambient temperature range below -20oC and above +40oC.
